Bernadette has extensive experience of working in health, social care and substance misuse sectors, she has worked at operational and strategic levels across the Charity sector, Local Authority and within NHS. Having a strong commitment to providing innovative, high quality substance misuse services, she has led on a number of innovative national pilot projects as well as implementing significant strategic change in substance misuse service delivery.
Senior Nursing Manager
Stephanie qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2003 and moved to Nottingham to take up a post in the Spinal Injuries ward at QMC. She moved into community nursing in 2004, staying until 2009 when she joined Framework for the first time. She has worked as an alcohol nurse specialist in triage and primary care clinics. From 2014-2017 she returned to the NHS to work as a Family Nurse, before coming back to Framework in 2017 to work as the Registered Nursing Manager for Edwin House.
Registered Care Manager
Mel has worked for Framework for the last ten years in its CQC registered Care Home, starting as a support worker and becoming the Registered Manager in February 2016.
Previously she worked for a local authority, specializing in working with priority need individuals and those who were vulnerably housed.
Before moving to Nottingham in 1999 she worked in probation hostels, a psychiatric hospital and for a charitable trust for people who suffered from enduring mental health problems.
Adam is a qualified psychiatric nurse with many years of experience working in the NHS, where he specialised in substance misuse.
He is proud to lead a specialised team at Edwin House, helping a group of society that is often overlooked and providing them with a second chance in life.
Georgina is a qualified psychiatric nurse, and for the last ten years has been working within the field of substance misuse. She recently qualified as an independent nurse prescriber and has specialist interests and qualifications in physical and sexual health.
